Right leg  ISO Hold  10 SEC HOLD-8 times

Rest 1 minute    15 SECOND Plank  Cue: TIGHTEN CORE- GLUTES SQUEEZED

Rest 1 minute  

Single Leg Plank 15 seconds - 1 minute CUE: LEG STRAIGHT

Rest 1 Minute 

 1 Single Leg Down Dog Hold to strengthen Right Side ...HOLD FOR 20 SECONDS
